Coaching Packages

Level 3

Cost: $125/month + one-time enrollment fee

Includes:
1) An individualized training program that outlines the specific workouts to be completed in order to meet the athlete’s goals.
2) Detailed descriptions of how to carry out each training session.
3) Year-long, weekly modifications to the training program based on the athlete’s needs.
4) A weekly review of the athlete’s training diary to identify both strengths that can be built upon and weakness that need attention.
5) Physiologic testing to determine the athlete’s personal heart rate/power zones.
6) Guidance in developing goals for the athlete’s training/racing season.
7) Advice on topics such as nutrition and race strategy, as requested by the athlete.
8) Strength training program included at no extra charge.


Level 2

Cost: $100/month + one-time enrollment fee

Includes:
1) An individualized training program that outlines the specific workouts to be completed in order to meet the athlete’s goals.
2) Detailed descriptions of how to carry out each training session.
3) Year-long, weekly modifications to the training program based on the athlete’s needs.
4) A weekly review of the athlete’s training diary to identify both strengths that can be built upon and weakness that need attention.
5) Physiologic testing to determine the athlete’s personal heart rate/power zones.
6) Guidance in developing goals for the athlete’s training/racing season.
7) Strength training program included at no extra charge.


Level 1

Cost: $50/month (Requires minimum 3 month commitment.)  + one-time enrollment fee

Includes:
1) An individualized training program that outlines the specific workouts to be completed in order to meet the athlete’s goals.
2) Detailed descriptions of how to carry out each training session.
3) Physiologic testing to determine the athlete’s personal heart rate/power zones.


Strength Training

Cost: $50 (One-time fee)

Includes:
1) A 3-month weight training program tailored to the sport of cycling.
2) Based on the principals of periodization.


Enrollment Fee 

Cost: $50 (One-time fee)

Includes:
1) Collection of personal information and cycling history through a Preliminary Interview.
2) Instruction and guidance needed to perform the Physiologic Test used to develop the athlete's personal heart rate/power zones.
